This website (snaibes.com) includes both presentation content and the SNaiBES app. When using the app, user accounts may be created, images may be uploaded, songs may be generated, and purchases may be processed. Personal data is only processed to the extent required for authentication, service delivery, payment handling, and abuse prevention.

3. Hosting & technically necessary data

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). When you visit the site, the following data is automatically collected by the web server:

• IP address (anonymized)
• Date and time of access
• Requested page / file
• Browser type and operating system
• Referrer URL

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). It is not merged with other data sources and is automatically deleted after 7 days.

This website uses technically necessary cookies and session data, especially for authentication, language selection, theme preferences, and secure app operation. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are only used when separately configured and legally permitted.
