1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website snaibes.com and the SNaiBES service, operated by FA. 4 values LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SNaiBES is an AI-powered music service that generates unique songs from uploaded photos. The website snaibes.com serves both as a presentation and information site and as the entry point to the SNaiBES app.

3. Prices and Plans

Free plan (€0):

• 3 tasks free (1 task = 1 image → 2 songs)
• More songs by sharing: If at least 1 new user visits via your shared link, you receive additional access
• Referral bonus: A new user registers via your link → +5 tasks
• Referral bonus: A user becomes Pro via your link → 5 tasks per day permanently
• Songs contain a spoken-word ad
• No download, no commercial usage rights

Pro plan (€14.99/month, introductory price €9.99/month for the first month):

• Up to 30 songs per day
• No watermark / ad
• Instant download
• Creator license for commercial use
• Voice, language, and custom terms selectable
• Access to new AI models (Beta)

All prices include statutory VAT. The Pro plan can be cancelled monthly.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

Uploaded photos: You retain all rights to your uploaded images. By uploading, you grant SNaiBES the right to process the image for song generation.

Generated songs (Free): Songs in the Free plan may be listened to and shared, but not downloaded or used commercially.

Generated songs (Pro): With the Pro plan, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide creator license for commercial use of the generated songs (e.g., Social Media, YouTube, Podcasts).

5. Availability

SNaiBES strives for high availability of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and technical issues may lead to temporary restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

SNaiBES is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated songs. Use is at your own risk. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

7. Cancellation

The Pro plan can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will automatically be switched to the Free plan.

8. Changes to Terms

SNaiBES reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email. The current version is always available on this page.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator, as far as legally permissible.
